Michael (he/him) is a bay area native who joined the facilities team in 2022. Michael has been working for the UC system for over 15 years in Facilities and Finance. Prior to joining the UC, he spent 10 years working in the coffee industry as a coffee sommelier, barista and roaster.

In his spare time Michael enjoys composing and playing music. Exploring the outdoors, biking, hiking and backpacking.
