This month, we held our annual Fourth Year Awards Ceremony at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Berkeley Marina, honoring outstanding members of the graduating class of 2026.
This year’s Gold Retinoscope Award was presented to Victor-Michael Samonte Cairel, and the Beta Sigma Kappa Silver Medal Award was presented to Kaitlyn Paige Lee. Molly M. Vang was recognized for Graduation with Honors in Research, and student awards to faculty were presented to Dr. Debora M. Lee Chen and Dr. Glen Ozawa.
