Optometry alumna Dr. Mahsa Masoudi has been named Young OD of the Year by the American Optometric Association. This recognition is a wonderful honor and a meaningful reflection of Dr. Masoudi’s dedication to the profession, her patients, and the broader optometric community. Many in our community may remember Mahsa not only as a Berkeley alumna, but also as a former Opto-Camp participant. In a past interview, she shared that Opto-Camp helped her see Berkeley as a place where she could learn, grow, and feel at home.
