Can’t make any of the scheduled webinar times? Our Admissions and Student Affairs team will be more than happy to schedule an online meeting with you. Whether the meeting is one-on-one or broadcast to 20 pre-optometry club members, we will be happy to chat. Simply send us an email, and we can begin scheduling a time.

Zoom Video Conferencing

We use Zoom video conferencing, a multi-party video conferencing and content sharing service. Zoom is compatible with PC and Macintosh computers, iPhone, iPad, and other devices via a web browser. The service allows Berkeley Optometry to place video calls to any prospective optometry student around the globe. Because Berkeley Optometry has a Zoom account, there is not charge to the clubs or individuals who participate in the webinars.


Zoom Instructions

After registering for a webinar or scheduling a video conference, attendees will receive a confirmation message containing information about how to join the Zoom meeting. We will send email reminders to attendees the day before our scheduled meeting.

At the time of the meeting, clicking on the unique meeting link will bring attendees directly to the meeting room. First time users to Zoom will be may prompted to install a browser plugin before they can enter the room.
