Advanced upper-division courses in these subjects may be substituted for any of the lower division courses listed below. Courses have to be taken for a letter grade. Courses for which AP credit was received may be counted as long as they are listed on your college transcript. • General Physics (Lecture and Lab): PHYS 8, 9, or PHYS 18, 19
• Anatomy (Lecture only, Lab strongly recommended): BIO 164
• Human Physiology (Lecture and Lab): BIO 161
• Microbiology (Lecture only, Lab optional): BIO 120
• Calculus: MATH 11 or MATH 21
• Statistics: BIO 175 or MATH 18 or MATH 32
• Reading & Comp: WRI 1, 10 or WRI 30, 116 (preferred) or Equivalent
