Sublease is $1500.00 per month and includes exam lane, pretesting equipment, staff and phones. Optometrist must provide their own EHR and EMR. Will provide Smartbook for online exam bookings. Estimated gross 1 year is 100K+. All exam revenues belong to the optometrist.
