Established since 1997, we take pride in patient care, advocacy, & empowerment – which is why our mission is to (1) instill confidence, (2) earn trust with integrity, & (3) ensure patients are well-informed because knowledge is power. Our loyal patients return because of our consistent culture of caring & service, where we know our patients by their first names & remember personal stories exchanged.
Get to know your patients, who will greet you with a smile each time you see them at the park, grocery store, or when you are out to eat in our community. Come & see a place where you want to start or raise your family. See our paperless practice, where traditional caring meets the latest in state-of-the-art technology used to diagnose & treat eye diseases, including automated digital phoropter, Optomap, SD-OCT, Reichert Ocular Response Analyzer, Olleyes VisuALL Virtual Field Analyzer, FDT, Haag-Streit Lenstar Myopia APS, pachymeter, & more. Come & see how your quality of life will be enhanced in our practice.
Proudly winning Honorable Mention in Invision Magazine’s 2019 America’s Finest Optical Retailers Contest, our branded “Eyewear Gurus” select the best frames suited for each patient’s individual needs, lifestyle, hobbies, appearance, preferences, & budget. Patients enjoy a family-friendly, pressure-free experience as they browse the high-fashion eyewear from our EyeBar – because our eyewear is “served as ART.”
We are seeking a conscientious TLG-Certified optometrist with a kind heart, who is passionate about prescribing ophthalmic lens materials & treatments meeting specific patient needs from the chair, uncovered through effective patient communication, including asking the right questions & actively listening. Also key to your success in creating a truly personalized experience is your willingness to educate the patient every step of the way in clear & simple-to-understand terms.
Our ideal candidate should be a self-motivated & hard-working team player with acute attention to detail, while exhibiting a high level of emotional intelligence & empathy. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership (leading by example), interpersonal skills (always treating everyone with dignity & respect), & compassion for everyone’s psychological well-being. Helping to grow the practice is expected, as each optometrist’s key productivity metrics will be regularly reviewed. Above all else, always be honorable & follow through with your word & commitments.
Candidate must understand that the patients’ time is more valuable than their own. This individual should be genuinely excited to see patients, with a deep commitment to excellence in customer service, believing that the food they are putting in their mouths was paid for by the person who walks through the front door. Most of all, this individual would be considered a lady or gentleman who takes care of ladies & gentlemen.
