Job description
Seeking a Full/Part time optometrist that is passionate about patient care. Please see below for available positions to be taken individually or in combination.
1) Telemedicine – Part Time

2) In person (Moorpark) – Full Time
a. Monday / Wednesday / Friday / Saturday
b. In person location: 800 New Los Angeles Ave, Moorpark, CA 93021
In Office / In Person:
Staff will handle all pretesting. Office is outfitted with updated equipment and Optos / Retinal Imaging
Telemedicine:
Telemedicine exams are doctor driven. Staff will provide the doctor with retinal imaging (optos), traditional exam elements (IOP, VA, stereo, color vision, FDT, etc), and a slit lamp video of anterior segment.
Compensation will be based on experience. 401k, medical stipend, and credit for malpractice are also available for FT

Pay: $500.00 – $600.00 per day
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
