-Our specialties include: cataract surgery/refractive surgery, diabetic eye care,
glaucoma, and dry eye/corneal diseases/transplants.
-Part time 2-3 days with possibility of additional days.
-Duties include but are not limited to:
– Refract patients, prescribe glasses, direct patients to the fully integrated Optical Dispensary
– Provide routine eye examinations for new and established patients as well as follow-up exams for established medical patients in the ophthalmology practice
– Perform contact lens fittings to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
– Perform triage and screening for acute patients in ophthalmology
– Perform pre and post operative exams for cataract surgery
