This position can either be full-time or part-time. We are trying to find the perfect fit with a conscientious TLG-certified optometrist with a kind heart, who is passionate about prescribing ophthalmic lens materials & treatments meeting specific patient needs from the chair, uncovered through effective patient communication, including asking the right questions & actively listening. Also key to your success in creating a truly personalized experience is your willingness to educate the patient every step of the way in clear & simple-to-understand terms.
Our ideal candidate should be a self-motivated & hard-working team player with acute attention to detail, while exhibiting a high level of emotional intelligence & empathy. To be successful in this role, you must lead by example, possess interpersonal skills (always treating everyone with dignity & respect), & have compassion for everyone’s psychological well-being. Helping to grow the practice is expected, as the health of key productivity metrics will be regularly reviewed. Above all else, always be honorable & follow through with your word & commitments.
