Presentation of white coats.

A Big Milestone!

The White Coat Ceremony celebrates a thrilling and important milestone. Our doctors-in-training get their first white clinic coat; the universally acknowledged and respected symbol of a health sciences professional. The celebration, which is attended by family and friends, faculty, staff, and fellow students, is highlighted by the presentation of the white clinic jacket to each student, followed by a group recitation of the Berkeley Optometric Oath.
