During Old Home Week, the Admissions and Student Affairs Office will hold an information session on Graduation matters, including a walk-through of the Procession, and will go over all administrative paperwork that students need to submit before the ceremony ceremony.

Graduation Tickets

Each graduate will receive eight tickets to give out to guests to attend the ceremony. We will have some additional tickets to distribute to graduates who need them. Please direct any questions you have regarding ticket distribution to the admissions office.

Graduation Announcements

You may order your own personalized graduation announcements to share your achievement with friends and family. Please note that these announcements cannot be used in place of graduation tickets so each guest will need a ticket to attend. Parking

We have reserved the Bancroft Parking Lot on Bancroft Way below the tennis courts, adjacent to the Hearst Women’s Gym. Each member of the Class of 2024 will get one free parking spot reserved in his or her name. Either you OR a guest can use the reserved spot. For additional guests, there are other paid parking structures available. For more information, consult the Parking and Transportation website.
