The entire Berkeley Optometry community is invited to the CE and the celebration dinner. Earn a total of 13 CE hours for the entire weekend. Special invitations are extended to alumni celebrating milestone reunions this year — 2012, 2007, 2002, 1997, 1992, 1987, 1982, 1977, 1972, 1967, 1962, 1957.

Refund Procedures
All cancellations must be made in writing, either by mail, email, or fax. We do not accept phone cancellations. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made by Tuesday, October 10th. Cancellations received between October 10th and October 21st will be refunded 80%. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event or 'No Show' will not be refunded.

Medical Emergencies
Cancellations due to medical emergencies must include a note from your primary or diagnosing physician. To receive a full refund, we must receive your cancellation at least 4 days (96 hours) before the first day of the program. Cancellations made within 4 days of the first day of the program, or 'No Shows,' will receive an 80% refund.

If original payment was made by credit card, your cancellation refund will be credited to your credit card account.

Program Changes
If you make any changes in the dates of your attendance, you will be charged the fees that are in effect on the date you make the changes. Changes in your registration may be made by mail, email, or fax, and are contingent upon available space. All program changes must be made at least 4 days (96 hours) before the program start.
